The goal of a 60-minute Embodiment Coaching Session is to help you identify the story that keeps you stuck, and move you back into a sense of flow where creativity can happen.
We can’t get back into flow by thinking our way through it.
We have to re-focus on the body to calm down the tension — which might present like exhaustion or lethargy, anxiety, numbness, or overwhelm.
Then, we have to tap into that wise, deep part of you that already knows how to get you through the blockages and back into creativity.
